I was in Seton a few years ago to have my appendix removed (emergency surgery) and things went so quickly and they really took charge and did the surgery as they should have. The care after surgery could have been better, the nurses were never around, IV bags went dry before they came and changed them, etc. The Doctors were very good and informative. This is not the worst place to be, but it's not the best either.
