I spent 8 days at the W. It did get off to a bit of a rough start... they said my bags would be delivered to my room once it was ready. The bags weren't delivered and in fact, they weren't able to identify which were mine - yikes! Fortunately, things did get better from there. Staff were friendly, although I think they try too hard to be hip (and if I think that then maybe I'm not the W's target audience). The room was very comfortable. I slept well every night. Great bath amenities. Room service menu is very limited -- they want you to go downstairs to the living room rather than be up in your room. Overall, very good hotel.
