Located in the building that once housed Social Security, The Hand Rehab Center offers physical therapy for both upper and lower extremities, occupational therapy, massage therapy and low vision rehabilitation. However, they do specialize in the treatment and healing of upper extremity injuries such as carpal tunnel, arthritis, hand pain, tendon or nerve injuries, fractures and muscle sprains and strains. Their talented OTs will direct you in exercises for your hands that will aid in the healing process and keep you from further injuring yourself.
The Center gives free screenings for hand, shoulder and back pain problems.
