If one must be in the hospital, Florida Hospital is an excellent place to be. I've been an inpatient at Florida Hospital several times and have had numerous outpatient tests and procedures done here. Everyone I've ever dealt with at Florida Hospital has always been kind and caring - even the maintenance staff. However, I don't think their Emergency Room is as good as Highlands Regional.
