My favorite thing about Anchos is the fresh chips. I am so used to store bought or processed chips, that visiting Anchos just for the fresh chips and salsa makes me happy. Luckily the food is just as fresh and good as the chips. The hostesses are really friendly, and the management is often out and about, which I like because they do seem to care about the service. The food is fresh, and I have never had anything there I did not like. It is all traditional mexican fare, and very well done.
