If I could give negative stars I would give them to the Lady at the Anchors Kennel desk. She was just so RUDE! After having a few bad & a few great boarding experiances. I tried out the kennel for the 1st time. I even toured the kennel & asking every question that I could possibly think of so as not to get any surprise bills when I return for my dogs. I even verified that it was fine to pick up my dog at any time from open to close. They say yes to me on 2 seperate days before leaving my dogs with them & then at pick up they charged me for an extra day saying that check out is before noon although they never stated that when I was asking all of those kinds of questions. At drop off & pick up of my dogs the lady at the counter was so rude & I feel she didn't inform me properly with the intention so that she could charge more. In addition, I had asked that both of my dogs get there nails trimed. When I returned they had only trimed the nails of one of my dogs saying that it was only in the computer for one & not both. So, she never entered in my request properly. Glade that didn't happen in reguard to medication! Then after making a big stink about having all of my dogs things listed on a card so that they could have it all ready at pick up, I had to ask for the rest of my dog milk bones. When we got home the dogs acted like the were so thursty & hungry. The lady at the counter never stated if they had even eaten that day. I made sure to do everything for my dogs when we got home since I didn't even want to deal with or ask that nasty women anything more. Going to find a Doggie Nanny that will become a part of our family like we had before we moved. They lost all my trust & business. Posted for all other doggie mommy's, doggie Daddy's & thier furry babies.
