My husband and I went in to test drive a new car last weekend and when the salesman couldn't meet our offer, we asked for our keys back (we had asked for an estimate on a trade). It took 20 minutes as he walked around talking to other salesmen to get our keys back, which he had in his hands the whole time, including when we asked him for them.
I will NEVER buy a car from Lithia because of that experience.
