Please do not go to these people for assistance in buying a house. They will help you right off of a cliff. Their skeleton staff is incompetent, dishonest and completely inept. Don't get sucked in because of the "help" they offer you. It is all a lie. Their goal is to sell you a house at a profit for themselves. There are other places out there that offer the same services that are legit and will actually give you what you need. Run away as fast as you can.
