I've had several cross stitches framed here and they have always been done correctly and the staff has always treated me like a friend so I'm a little surprised at the not-so-nice review. Some of my cross stitches have been out of square and after they pin mounted them they are perfect. The employees have even taken my cross stitches to the dry cleaners for me which I feel is a great added service.
My experiences with Provo Art and Frame has been great. I do recommend them to anyone.
