My grandmother and aunts run this business, so I might be a little biased.
I'm a 30ish male Seattle resident and the store only has clothes for older women in Massachusetts, so I don't exactly have a lot of experience as a customer.
That said, I do have friends whose mothers love the store. The clothes seem tasteful and the customers seem happy whenever I visit.
The store is in downtown Concord, which is a cute little shopping area.
