We just recently bought a refurbished xbox from eb games, for some reason it didn't work right. We called them and they told us to bring it back and they would replace it. The Lima Rd. store was out so they checked with the one at Glenbrook. They told us if Glenbrook was out too they would exchange our refurbished for a brand new one. I think that is great.
