A few years ago a close family freind died in a car accident in Highland. The car was towed to John's Towing yard. The accident was on a Friday. On Sunday evening my brother was notified that he needed to go out of town early monday morning and he realized his wallet was in the car in wich our friend had died in days before. (they had gone snowboarding together that day) He called John's towing and the man who answered was very grouchy about comming over to the yard on Sunday evening and opening the gate and charged my brother more than 50$. This on top of a very emmotional weeked was just absurd. I could not believe the incompassion of John's Towing. We will NEVER use them. NOT EVER.
