I did a really stupid thing and locked myself out recently. They got there faster then predicted (under an hour. predicted: an hour) and it would have been sooner if they weren't out on another call. You fill out a paper for IL to prove you really live there and I was charged $95. Apparently my door was a little hard, but after he oiled the lock, it opened fine. I would use them again and give their number to others.
