The reason I gave "5" ratings is because this dealership deserves it. Every person we came into contact with was helpful and courteous. The sales personnel, Nancy and Tony worked for five hours to find the exact car we wanted and worked tirelessly to work out the payments that fit our budget. I have NEVER experienced such good salesmanship. There were no pressure tactics--just genuine helpfulness. I appreciate being treated so professionally. They made me feel important and respected my views on what I wanted in a Cadillac. I will recommend this dealership to everyone.
