I had posted a negative review about DSM. I may have pulled the trigger a bit soon on writing the review, I now believe I should have given the situation just a few more days to see the out come.
I am so pleased to announce that Dave Smith Motors does care about their customers, even after the sale.
To make a long story short. I not only received a call from the GM, I received a call from the owner Ken Smith (he had been travelling, so that was the reason he had not been in contact before now).
Both Ken and the GM apologized for the situation. They have ordered me a brand new car from the factory. But the part that really impressed me was that they told me to keep driving the brand new car I was driving and just to bring it with me when my new car arrives.
Their response to my complaint has given me a new appreciation for Dave Smith Motors...I will continue to preach about their great service and better yet the best pricing anywhere in the US (no joke, call them and you will see).
