We have lived in two SM communities. We have had a great experience with them. Their service is fast and the people are very friendly. Our apartment was in top condition when we moved in. Any maintenence issues are taken care of the day you call. We have had no problems with pests. Our complex is safe and quiet. They offer discounts on rent for teachers, UM students, and police officers! Also, at some communities the utilities are included in the rent!
