I have never been a fan of the rude and unfriendly receptionist here, but I always assumed it was a rough day and gave her the benefit of the doubt, but today I am absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated at Towne and Country Veterinary Clinic. This woman refused to sell me any heartworm preventative medication because I could not remember the name of the brand that I usually buy and accused me of trying to KILL my dogs by over medicating them! Now, I don’t know about you, but my dogs are my family and that is an offensive accusation! To make matters worse, she made me answer whether or not I was trying to KILL my dogs. When I asked to speak to the veterinarian about what had just happened she refused to let me, saying she did not have time for people like me! I have tried calling twice and again, she has refused to let me talk to an office manager or the veterinarian. I am fed up with this place. The veterinarian is nice but she isn’t nice enough to make up for the extremely POOR, DISGUSTING and OFFENSIVE treatment by her receptionist.
