It was very nice of Mr. Rooter's technician to answer the phone at midnight, we had a basement pipe burst and it was going to destroy everything we had down there. They informed us how to shut off the main water valve and showed up not to long after that so we could still have running water when we got up in the morning. I am not saying it was a great experience, i don't know how it could, but the fact that Mr. Rooter showed up and did the job made it much easier.
