Little Panda is easily the best chinese food restaurant in Lubbock. Located just across the street from Texas Tech, it is perfect for grabbing a quick but incredibly satisfying bite inbetween classes or cram sessions. The food is always fresh and quickly served, and each bite is blissful. The only drawback can be that Little Panda can get incredibly busy at times (which is a testament to its greatness), so it is best to call in your order ahead of time. I definitely recommend Little Panda for your next chinese food dining experience.
