Sent salesman who owner knew was prone to mistakes and owner would only split cost of making it right. Installation very poor. Use contract installers though they assured us they used their own. Took over 6 months to get install correct. Windows now 2 yrs old and are leaking and brittle plastic parts breaking off. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!
