I agree with other reviews. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE The people that work here do not know how to run a business. They make mistakes on the month they tell you you'll get free, then try to charge you for they're mistakes with a warning that if you don't pay they'll kick you out asap. They'll charge you every opportunity they get for anything. They have an enormous unnecessary amount of paperwork with all they're crazy rules. The first night we were signing the paperwork the guy was extremely impatient and rude. Actually they are always rude.The hallways and elevators always stink and have spills,spit and/or food on the floors. The maintenance people do work on it, It's not their fault. The elevators and intercoms are useless because they are always broken. Guests are confused on how to contact you, they have to call your cell and you press 9 But no one explains how to use them. They also won't tell you where the recycling is either. Fire drills go off in the middle of the night often in the whole building and inside the apt. The cameras are a fake they are not activated. People are always screaming and fighting right outside you're door. The list goes on but I'll stop here. Just glad the lease is almost done and we're leaving. I only give 1 star because I can't do zero.
