Pacific Sunwear offers cute surfer-type clothing for both men and women. They carry most surfer name-brands, like: Hurley, Roxy and O'Neil. They also carry brand-name sandals and flip-flops by: Reefs and Teva. The clothes at "Pac Sun" are cute, but can be a bit pricey. I often find pretty good deals on there sale rack.
