Good: I like nothing about these apartments the people in the front desk act like there nice but dont do anything for you. if i could rate this place lower then a 1 star i would and id post real photos of this place not the show ones they have. theres garbage all over the pool is not that great theres no more kitchen in the offices lundry mat is not 24 hours they are doing nothing about all the bugs in the apt. i bought stuff at home depot for the bugs they also said they cleaned the carpets and painted but nope. Bad: I have requested a new ac, (mine keeps breaking) closet doors to be fixed, the light bulb in the living room just spins when i try to take it out, bath tub leaks water, people upstairs vacume at all hours of the night and let there dog poop on our front lawn with out picking it up, the guys who are suppose to fix things come and look at what needs to be fixed and say they will be back and dont come back, parking at night you can forget about. They over charge and the lundry mat is NOT 24 hours like it says. Improvements: new management in the front office... that Heather chick in there is horrible. New people to fix stuff around the apt. and get better at being more military friendly. If they say there going to fix something they should right away... they need to not lie. we had stains in our carpets they said they could not get out but with resolve i bought at walmart i got it out with one time doing it. they also did not paint the apt before we moved in like they said they did. They are just a bunch of liars.. Other: If i could get out of my lease with out it going against me i would and would move into summit ridge. but i have 8 months left on my lease. we live in a 1 bedroom large and we pay 817.16 a month and we are military. this place is a joke..
