Good: He kept prices fair. I was definitely paying for a 1 man business. He did his job, cleaned up, and left. Prices were more than fair. He kind of reminds me of a gruff grandpa.. Bad: His customer service skills can be off putting. He's kind of like the "soup-nazi" of plumbing. Luckily the work ethic and quality is there. Improvements: I actually hope that people don't use him so that he keeps his prices low :). Other: don't let his grouchy demeanor scare you off. He's worth it. He won't over promise on a job...at least that's what i've found..
