I took my vacuum in because it was blowing dust everywhere and leaving more dirt on the floor than it was picking up. The people at Evans immediately knew what the problem was and gave me suggestions on how to prevent the problem as well as how to fix it on my own. I decided to let them do it (they are the professionals, after all) and they charged me $40 to clean out the hoses! I thought that was a little much. The vacuum does work much better now, though...
