I have written a review about Huntington before but at a different branch. I felt that the service was terrible, my father recently had a bought with identity theft and was tuned away by the same branch we have been working with for years, and told to go to another branch.
The branch manager Stacy Walters and personal banker Jason Pittman are to be commended on their actions, ability to help, and excellent advice for helping to prevent any future occurrences. Although my parents account is still in the red over $600 they gave him cash so he could buy their medications for rest of the month.
They understand how identity theft affects the elderly, it is confusing because these are not people that own computers or know anything about online. Yet, still this happens.
I commend this branch for helping, encouraging family members to be aware, and explaining in a way that put our confidence back into Huntington.
