Your order gets to you quick. The wide rice noodles (found in many dishes) are perfect with a slight chewy texture. Some restaurants serve the noodles more cooked making them (still good) but with less body.
The ambiance exotic and open; however, it can be noisy when they are super busy. Thai Ginger is located right in Redmond Town Center and is a good place to stop after shopping, before a movie or even for lunch. There can be a wait sometimes during the busiest eating hours, so plan ahead.
The one thing I would like to see different here is an increase in their limited selection of teas.
