National Wholesale Liquidators is a chain of discount warehouse-type stores. This location is right next door to Wal-Mart, but it's thriving (that should tell you a lot!). I love their optical department. I have purchased two pair of glasses and boxes of contacts from there--without insurance--for really reasonable prices. The store itself is dark and cluttered, but there is great selection of electronics, food, and health and beauty items at comparable prices. NWL was really close to my house when I lived in Brooklyn, but now that I live in Manhattan, I still venture out there every now and then. It's worth the trip.
