Unbelievable that a business this poorly is still in business.!! how can you be told one thing when you drop your car off, then told to your face that you didn't (mention) that you needed your car back in this lifetime! They get to a repair when they feel like it, and when they do get to the repair, good luck getting a straight answer from them as what was actually wrong.. I was told I had (this loose rod in the drive gears) and I was also told that I was being too picky about the noises I heard when I brought the car back for a warranty issue! UNBELIEVABLE! If you use this place for anything other than to ask for directions to the nearest gas station, may God have mercy on you and your car..... :( Too bad I spent more than I could afford on my transmission, and its still not right!
