Taco Time is not a "Taco Bell wannabe". In fact, Taco Time predated Taco Bell by a few years, and consistently uses higher quality ingredients than the ubiquitous Bell, such as cheese that actually melts rather than the weird plastic shreds one finds on a Taco Supreme. The only real thing Taco Bell has going for it is really late hours, which puts it in the same category as Denny's and Shari's (the "well, there's nowhere else to go this time of night" category). Of the two, I would heartily recommend Taco Time over Taco Bell, and I suspect most sane people would.
