The views from Anthony's are fabulous. Most every seat has at least a partial view of ferries and sailboats cruising Puget Sound. From the bar, you can see Mount Rainier. Food here is good -- especially the seafood tacos. I love the hearts of romaine salad with bleu cheese and hazelnuts. Seasonal outdoor seating is much sought-after.
