While my '99 Accord was leased, I brought it in to this dealership for standard maintenance on about 3 or 4 occasions. On each occasion, the work involved an oil change as well as other periodic maintenance items (things like inspecting hoses, tire pressure, fluid levels, and so forth). And, in each case, some oil was left on top of the engine instead of being cleaned off -- so I would leave the lot and then shortly after smoke would come out from under the hood from the oil burning on top of the engine. This is just poor attention to detail. I can understand it happening on one visit, but after repeat occasions, I stopped going to this dealership for any service. more
