Serendipity 3 is famous for their Frrrozen Hot Chocolate, but that's not the only thing that's good there. Their ice cream is wonderful, too. Also, their Chocolate Blackout Cake. It's a great place to go for dessert.
Some cons about the place is that you almost always have to make reservations to get in. Another con is that their "real" food is a bit pricey for a small amount.
