I attended IU east when I lived in New Castle. It's located across from a subway/tcby and a gas station. It offers several classes, mostly prereqs. The teachers were really helpful, and the class sizes were about 15-20 students. There was a security guard which made night classes feel safer, and there is a small student lounge area near the entrance.
