This is the cheapest place I know that sells really good sushi. I'm not a big raw meat fan, but they offer an array of sushi (like ones with imitation crab meat and tempura chicken) and other Japanese foods. The only catch is that the best time to go is during the happy hour. I'm pretty sure it starts at 6, and if you do go, make sure to get there early because their line is always long.
Try the Longhorn rolls!
