KSM guitars is a good business. They sell quality equipment and it doesn’t feel as if they are unreasonable in their prices. All the employees seem to have a good knowledge of the instruments and the equipment. However, that knowledge can work against the customer because I have encountered situations in which I know what I want but an employee has strong opinions about other equipment and they try to sell me things that I’m not interested in. They need a wider selection of equipment as well.
