Fino opened recently, but already seems to have a loyal following. It's happy hour specials draw the clientèle, all dressed to the nines. The place is casual, yet upscale. It serves a variety of tapas to share, but also gives you the option of ordering larged dishes. They also have a full bar which makes average Sangrias and Mojitos. The tapas are a bit exotic for my tastes (clams, for example), but the potato dumplings were yummy.
