I was mildly disappointed with my selection of Local Grass-Fed Scottish Highland Beef served with a side of Stenrud Haricot Verts. I'm not positive what kind of grass was fed to the Scottish Highland cattle, but my palate hinted at a pre-soak in impure feculence and exposure to second hand smoke. When I shell out $100 for supper, I expect excellence, not mediocrity.
