We called them up because they had the biggest ad in the yellow pages. They sent an estimate guy out that does not even do the installation. Estimates are all he does! If they have to send out a middle guy that works on commission, that should be a red flag right there! He tried to add on all kinds of stuff we did not need (like a special filtration system that needed special filters only bought from them at $20 each!). They’re estimate was $2000+ MORE than the much better, more efficient unit we got elsewhere.
