Jo-Ann Fabrics has been in downtown Owosso right on Washington street for over 10 years. They are the first place I go to when I need fabric, sewing, or stamping supplies or hard to find art supplies. The employees are friendly and always willing to answer any questions I may have about art, craft, or sewing projects. You can sign up inside the store for their sales paper to be sent to you.
