When my son was young I took him to see the Owosso Community Players perform the play Annie Get Your Gun. He watched the play for about 20 minutes and then he whispered in my ear "Hey mom those are real people up there". I think that is the point when he realized that they were not on a screen but they were live actors. This group of local volunteers is really good. They put on a few plays a year and they are all well worth the money and time. They use the Lebowsky center on M-21 to perform all of their plays in. The last play I went to cost 15 dollars. They do offer discounts for students.
