despite its French name, this restaurant specializes in a Vietnamese-Chinese cuisine. this place serves nearly everything of those two countries. aside from the large selection, the food tastes okay. the service can sometimes be somewhat slow, but the waiters do make a point to refill diners' drinks promptly. the dining room is quite expansive, and designed like a cafeteria. sometimes weddings or other events are held, so it may be loud.
