I normally fix my computer myself. However, when about half of the parts seemed to go bad all I once I needed a little help figuring out which ones still worked. I was afraid that if I told them upfront that I didn't intend to buy anything I might not get the best service, but I was wrong. I got my computer back the day after I dropped it off, with a list of working and non-working parts. I thought the price was very fair as well. The staff was also very friendly.
