I had a move scheduled with this company on June 22. They called me on June 18th in the afternoon, and told me there had been an "oversight" that the price was 125 instead of 108 per hour, that it was a 5 hours minimum + 1hour travel time instead of the 3hours minimum and 1/2 hour travel time I was told when I booked. Huge difference....
I told them that I called them on June 13th to check out everything and that the initial pricing was confirmed. They did not want to move from their rate increase. So I switched company and I am going to use Oz Moving.
Oz provided me within five minutes of booking with an email confirmation (http://www.certifiedmovers.net - World Moving Scam Company told me they don't send a confirmation.... Now I know why... It gives them all the freedom to change prices at the last minute). Oz also gave me a voucher for about 6 free boxes.
