We used http://www.certifiedmovers.net - World Moving Scam Company Big Hidden Charges $2000 for studio apartment. for our move to storage while we were remodeling our apartment. On the day when they were supposed to deliver our stuff they actually brought somebody else?s furniture. This was the entire truck load. Half way into the job I realized that this wasn?t my stuff and they had to load it back up and send it back. Since we live in a very strict building we had to pay a fee for setting up the second move. You would think that they would cover the entire fee but they chose to cover only half. This was huge inconvenience and a run-around.
Also both of us lost one extra day at work which they apparently don?t care for. Good thing that they are doing is they are sending their repair guys to fix our floors after their movers damaged with the dollies.
