I used New York Certified Approved Movers when moving things from storage. First, the movers showed up late. They also made a mark on my new mattress and then tried to claim it was already there. The price was more than what was originally quoted, and they charged me for additional packing supplies without asking me if I wanted them first. Additionally, they made me feel like I had no choice but to tip them 20% for service I was not happy with.
