My experience with Nybestmovers.com was a nightmare almost from start to finish. I'm a college student in NY and needed to store several boxes for the summer. The fee I was given for the move into storage, along with the subsequent per-month storage charge, were both much less than what I ended up having to pay, and the price to get my things out of storage was almost double what I paid to move them there in the first place! I was told it wouldn't be possible to claim my things from the storage facility myself for at least another week, when I would no longer have access to a car and thus no way of getting my boxes back to my dorm. When I did get my boxes, one of mine was missing and, in its place, someone else's box. I never received a promised call concerning the state of my missing box, and had to wait two days before I could get a hold of someone at the office. I was told I would receive my box within two hours; five hours later I called the office again and was told I would get it within an hour. The majority of a day wasted, and all due to a mistake they made! I will certainly never use them again, and I strongly urge anyone considering Lucky Movers New York to look elsewhere.
