I currently have a Toyota Sienna and love it. I have taken it in for service and feel like the reps were knowledgeable and friendly.
Due to my Toyota addiction (I have owned a Camry, Corolla and now the above mentioned Sienna) I thought if my husband wanted a new vehicle he should get a Toyota. He decided the Toyota Tacoma PreRunner was what he wanted. They ordered one to our exact specifications and color. I feel like we go a good deal on the pricing.
It did take some time to go through the sales process- a bit too long in my opinion. They need to streamline their process a bit.
I do give the dealership and the service department a thumbs up! Good customer service and good product.
