I couldn’t decide wether to order my dress from the salon or from an online retailer and decided to order from Lily since the price difference was only eighty dollars. I ordered my dress during a sale and negotiated. Deb, who I worked with at Lily was so helpful and pleasant. My dress came in around the expected time and was perfect. I had my first fitting and did not have a good experience with the seamstress, she was very unfriendly and wanted to charge me $250 for a hem, bustle, and to take in just a little on the sides. I decided to take my dress to another seamstress (Mary Massaro), she is a sweetheart, did an amazing job on my alterations and charged $100 less than the salon quoted me. I also ordered junior bridesmaid dresses from Lily and they came in on time with no problems, they didn’t get alterations in the salon. If you do go to Lily’s - try to work with Deb.
