I used Carpet Restorations Plus after my dog had a few accidents in my apartment. I needed the smell up so that it would not be a problem anymore. They came over, did a good job, and it was relatively inexpensive. They sprayed some extra stuff (for a fee) that was supposed to neutralize pet odors completely. Well, it did work all over. The carpets were very very clean however, and looked nice. If you want to make your carpet look and smell nice, its pretty good. But for pet problems, look elsewhere
